£150 per person per hour for up to four participants
Confidential personal report provided for each individual
£175 per person per hour for five participants and above

Group mediation and resolution
For 2 principals for half a day (based on four hours) – £550
For 3 or more principals for half a day (based on four hours) – £875
Step 2
Team evaluation and agenda setting for Step 3
Up to £250 per hour per person

Step 4
Ongoing support
Depending on outcome, we will quote for the specialist support experts separately as we need the context and content from the previous three steps to create a bespoke offering.
In addition we recommend at least six group sessions with the mediators to ensure the agreed outcomes are progressed and any further issues resolved positively and calmly. Each session with your assigned Mediators is £125 per hour. (These typically last for 1 – 1.5 hours)
