You get us: You don’t work in our business; you aren’t ingrained in the day to day…. yet somehow you take in all the ramble and waffle and discussion and chat; you dissect it and filter it and play it back in a way that makes me think, ‘That’s exactly what I wanted to say/ meant to say / tried to say but didn’t really say and rambled about it in a round the houses way! Everyone has a different opinion (Marketing / Sales / Ops etc); sometimes these can contradict. Anne-Marie is a complete ninja at taking all these opinions in and making everyone feel they have been heard and understood and then she plays the contradicting themes back in a way that makes everyone think ‘Yes I agree; that’s what I meant’.
